A lawsuit has been filed on March 29 before the Federal Court of the United States to try to invalidate Monsanto patents on genetically modified seeds and prohibiting the Corporation to sue for the contamination of crops by GM crops.
Foundation Public Patent filed the suit with the support of 270,000 people on behalf of sixty companies and sustainable green products, trade associations, and even from thousands of certified organic crop farmers.
