Regueira Government breaks the agreement
with PSOE and Izquierda Unida
that led to the Mayor
Ramon Regueiro, mayor of Hoyo de Manzanares by Pipher and now councilman not assigned, now broken, 23-F, the government agreement signed for the whole legislature in December 2008, ousting the government team to the council of the United Left and PSOE, making the road to take away the powers delegated to their respective councils and which were agreed by the pact that allowed Mr. Regueira be mayor, ruling staying alone with three of thirteen councilors.
The reason for this breakdown of the following is not, nor is the result of any internal dispute among members of the government team. The reason for what might be called self-coup at the municipal level seems to be one of the clauses of the agreement reached with the Popular Party to join it and make merit to go top of the list for that party.
For his part, Mayor José Ramón Regueira argue that rupture is by means of which disappeared after Pipher, which he said has been disbanded and integrated into the PP-, the pact does not make sense. If he understands as well as logical, dignified and ethics would be that instead of casting a majority of council members of his government had put on his resignation to the plenary and that it should go without a reminder that a mayor pursuant to an agreement and three votes and four votes Pipher IU and PSOE, no more no less.
